Peace to you and yours. Our doors here are open wide! We especially welcome those who are seeking something more in life, those wanting to explore Christian faith, those looking for a deeper connection with God and with people, and those hoping to find a place that feels like home. We are a church that seeks to grow in faith and in faithfulness as a response to God’s love for us in Jesus Christ.
We launched in February a series of presentations and panels on Science & Faith. This challenging and thought-provoking program runs Sundays through April and includes a series of presentations 9 – 10 a.m., as well as three special Sunday afternoon panel discussions taking place the final Sunday of each month, 2 – 4 p.m. Click here for additional background and a list of topics and related event information.
Also, following on the 2011 success of our “Year of the Bible,” 2012 is being celebrated as our “Year of Prayer.” With the aid of a special booklet for all participants and the continuing support of our Christian Education Committee, everyone will have the opportunity to strengthen their prayer experiences.
